There's so much for kids to do at The Herne.

Baby & Toddler Play Area
This year we've introduced a safe and fun play area for babies and toddlers situated in our conservatory each weekday from midday and throughout the afternoon. [Picture]

Garden Play Area
Our garden play area is hugely popular with all kids and forms a focus for their attention allowing parents to relax and enjoy themselves. Wear them out on the climbing frame, rope bridge, sliding pole and slide.

Classes
From early February we welcome Tippee Toes to The Herne. Music classes for little ones. We're currently discussing the possibility of other classes using our function room too. If you run a children's activity and require a space, call us and see what we can do for you.

Kids Eat Free
Kids need re-fueling from time to time, that's why, from Monday to Friday* when you purchase any adult main course, you can order a kids main course for free from our new kids menu. We've got a great selection of healthy meal time favourites on offer.

Over the years we've become well known as a family pub and a great venue to hold your function. And we're very proud of these achievements having worked hard to offer our customers that little bit more than the average London pub.

Something we don't often mention is our fabulous restaurant. After all, The Herne is the sister pub of the critically acclaimed The Palmerston, and with the same creative pool our restaurant offers a wonderful environment for a laid back or romantic dinner of an evening or a vibrant and bustling Sunday lunch.

You can enjoy table service and an extensive wine list, take your time and enjoy wonderful food and drink in an intimate dining space.
